Today is the day you’ve been waiting for. At 9:00 a.m. PDT (12:00 p.m. EDT), Google announced a number of new products, including the new #MadeByGoogle Pixel smartphones and the Daydream VR headset.
Sadly, several other rumored announcements didn’t pan out. Google’s new operating system that merges ChromeOS and Android, rumored to be called Andromeda, and a new Google tablet, were nowhere to be seen.
