News: Apple’s Latest iOS 13.2 Public Beta 3 Now Available for iPhone!

When you sign up to be a public tester for Apple’s iOS, you get early access to features most users won’t see for months. But you aren’t the first — developers get priority when it comes to beta releases, made clear when they received 13.2 beta 3 while public testers were still on beta 2. Well, we public testers finally caught up, after Apple released iOS 13.2 public beta 3 Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Apple released dev beta 3 at 1 p.m. EDT earlier today, so we know everything there is to know about its public counterpart. Unfortunately, that’s a whole lot of nothing. Public beta 3 appears to mostly contain bug fixes for issues bogging down public beta 2. If you recall, public beta 2 brought a suite of new emojis, in-app camera settings for 2019 iPhones, new Siri & Dictation security options, and an option to delete home screen apps via a Quick Action.

  • Update: Apple’s iOS 13.2 Public Beta 4 Now Available for iPhone

We usually turn to the release notes for a beta release to add context for changes, bugs, etc. This time around, however, Apple has chosen to omit release notes in the release notes. It’s right there in the text: “There are no release notes for this software update.” You can check out the full “release notes” down below:
