Apple promised at WWDC to release the iOS 11 public beta by the end of June, and they’ve just followed through on their promise.
Starting today, anyone with a supported iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch can test out Apple’s upcoming mobile operating system and all its new features, including the customizable Control Center, the one-handed keyboard, and the revamped App Store.
And that’s just naming a few of the cool features iOS 11 has to offer. There’s also improved support for Portrait mode on the iPhone 7 Plus, long exposure filters and other cool Live Photos upgrades, a pseudo Dark mode, indoor maps for malls and airports, Do Not Disturb While Driving mode, and a way to type to Siri instead of talking.
