How to Download All Of Your Instagram Photos and Stories?
You can download your profile information using the Instagram mobile app for Android or iPhone or the web version. To do so, open your favorite web browser and visit Instagram.com. Log in with your account.

3. On the Profile screen, click More at the bottom left corner.
4. On the menu that appears, select Settings.
6. On the Accounts Centre, switch to the Your Information and Permissions tab.
7. On the right side, click Download your information.
8. On the prompt that appears, select Download or transfer information.
9. On the How much information do you want prompt, select Some of your information.
10. Choose Content on the Your Instagram activity section and click Next.
11. Choose the Data Range, Format, and Media Quality. Once done, click Create Files.
12. You will see a confirmation screen. Meta will email you when the files are ready to download. Then, follow the link to download the Instagram Content.
For security reasons, Meta only gives you 4 days to download your information after you receive the email.
