Harness Your Android for Hangover-Free Drinking

Trying to remember if it’s “beer before liquor or liquor before beer” can be too much of a hassle, especially if you’ve already have had a few too many. While it would be great if one rhyme could determine the amount of pain you will feel the next morning, we must accept that we all react differently to alcohol and that’s that.

To help you find out what the best combination of drinks for your night out (or at home, we’re not judging) is, developer Supreme Apps has published Hang Over, available for free on the Google Play Store.

This app lets you keeps track of what you’re drinking, then lets you rate your hangover the next morning. You can then use this data to determine which mixtures leave you okay the next morning, and which leave you clutching to your bed.

Using Hang Over is pretty simple, as long you remember to use it.

All you have to do is tap the types of drinks you have consumed throughout the night, and the next morning enter how awful you felt on a scale of 1-10. The scale is 100% relative to what you felt the morning after, which makes it easier to find the perfect hangover-free combination.

To enter a hangover score, tap “Past Sessions”, then select the date you want to rate. The app will keep track of all your scores at the bottom of each day’s screen.

If you’re fighting an uphill battle the next day, there are a ton of othermethods to reduce or eliminate your hangover. If no combination seems to do the trick for you, you could even try adding yeast to your drinking ritual.

Just updated your iPhone? You’ll find new emoji, enhanced security, podcast transcripts, Apple Cash virtual numbers, and other useful features. There are even new additions hidden within Safari. Find out what’s new and changed on your iPhone with the iOS 17.4 update.
