“Exciting Update: Try the Latest 4.4.2 KitKat Test Build for Your Samsung Galaxy S4 Now!”

Leaks everywhere! Recently we saw the international Galaxy Note 3 (model SM-N9005) receive a new build of Android 4.4.2 KitKat. While that build wasn’t quite ready for the S4, Samsung dropped a new piece of software which indicates that a final build for our devices may come sooner rather than later.

The latest test version is for the Galaxy S4 model GT-I9505, the European variant, and sports build number I9505XXUFNA5. This build has been tested and contains some big fixes, specifically the multi-tasking bug that was apparent in previous test builds.

Along with bug fixes, you’ll notice some KitKat touches, such as white text and a transparent status bar. You’ll also see improvements with the keyboard (especailly in landscape mode), increased benchmark scores, and a camera shortcut right on the lockscreen.

Ready to jump in? Head over to Sammobile and grab the latest and greatest. Remember, this is a test build, and it is particular to the model number. If you aren’t sure if this is for your device, exercise caution before you make any chances to your device—flashing an improper build can and will have negative effects, so be careful!
