How to Respring Your iPhone Without Losing Jailbreak & Sileo! Are you tired of having to re-jailbreak your iPhone every time it crashes? We’ve all been there – you’re in the middle of an important task on your jailbroken device, and suddenly it freezes up or starts acting wonky. You know a respring will fix it, but you don’t want to lose your jailbreak or Sileo tweaks in the process. Well, fear not! There’s a simple solution to respring your iPhone without losing your jailbreak or Sileo. Follow these easy steps to keep your device running smoothly and keep your tweaks intact: 1. Open the Cydia app on your iPhone. 2. Search for and install a tweak called “PowerSelector” (it’s available for free from the Packix repository). 3. Once the tweak is installed, go to your iPhone’s Settings app. 4. Scroll down and find the “PowerSelector” option. 5. Tap on “Respring” to respring your device without losing your jailbreak or Sileo. And that’s it! You can now respring your iPhone whenever you need to without worrying about losing your jailbreak or Sileo tweaks. Happy respringing! 📱✨

Restarting your iPhone can cure software glitches, but it should only be done as a last resort if your device has a semi-tethered jailbreak, because it will disable any tweaks you’ve applied. Luckily, your jailbroken iPhone has a faster alternative to rebooting to help you troubleshoot and make changes on the fly.

A “respring” essentially just restarts your iPhone’s operating system without going back through the entire boot chain. It’s primarily done to rapidly implement jailbreak tweaks such as different icon packs, themes, and other mods, but it’s also great if you have a semi-tethered jailbreak like Chimera so you don’t have to kickstart it when you’re done.

Many jailbreak tweaks like IGDarkMode, AutoUnlockX, and YouTube Tools contain their very own option to respring your iPhone. For convenience, however, it’s great to have a solid, dedicated respring option available, and this is where ConnorTheDev’s Dragspring comes in.

Installing Dragspring

First, open Sileo and enter “dragspring” in the search field, then tap on the tweak once it appears. Tap “Get,” then either hit “Queue” or swipe up from the bottom to reveal the card in full and select “Confirm.” Wait a moment for the tweak to install, then select “Restart Springboard” to wrap up installation.

Dragspring is automatically enabled once your iPhone resprings. From now on, you can instantly respring your device by opening your Settings app and dragging down on the main page.

Dragspring also has a menu within Settings for further customization. Inside, you can configure the tweak and enable or disable numerous elements such as “Enable Haptic Feedback” and “Show Spinner Subtitle,” along with the ability to personalize the texts shown before and while your device resprings. Just be sure to hit “Respring” on the upper-right to apply any changes you’ve made.
